Mike O'Brien
Co-Founder and CEO
Mike has spent more than 30 years building and running technology at every scale. His career spans a global bank, a Fortune 500 enterprise, a publicly traded technology company, small businesses, and multiple startups of his own. His specialty is the connective work between systems, operations, and audit, the places where an organization's tools have to agree with each other and often don't. As Maitrium's product and engineering lead, that is the problem he is building for.

Aaron has spent his career on every side of the enterprise systems buying decision. He audited them in public accounting, implemented them for Fortune 100 clients as a consultant, and ran them as an operator, most recently at a publicly traded technology company where he also led its first AI program. He knows where these systems fall short and where the gap gets papered over with spreadsheets and workarounds. As Maitrium's delivery lead, that gap is where he starts.
