Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Maitrium ("we," "us") is an Oracle-native AI consulting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through maitrium.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- First name
- Last name
- Your email address or phone number (your choice)
- Company name
When you simply visit the site or interact with our demos, we also collect:
- Your IP address (for security and approximate geolocation)
- Browser user-agent string
- Referring URL (the page that linked you to us)
- Which demo pages you view, how far through each demo you progress, and whether you click the "Book a paid strategy session" or "Free walkthrough" buttons
- How many times you play the animated logo video on our thank-you page
Why we collect it
- To follow up with you about Maitrium's services if you submit the contact form
- To operate and improve our website
- To detect and block abusive traffic
- To understand which demos resonate with prospects so we can improve them
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We use the following service providers to operate the site, each bound by their own privacy obligations:
- IONOS — our web and database host (United States)
- ip-api.com — IP geolocation lookup for security insights
- Google Workspace — email delivery to info@maitrium.com
- Anthropic — AI model used to generate explanations for some demos (no personal information is sent to it)
How long we keep it
We retain lead submissions until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 7 years for audit and recordkeeping purposes, whichever comes first. Anonymous demo-view analytics are retained indefinitely.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for site functionality and a persistent identifier in your browser's localStorage to track demo views across sessions (so we don't double-count). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing info@maitrium.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or any other state with applicable privacy laws, you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we have, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share — but the right exists). Contact info@maitrium.com to exercise these rights.
Children
Maitrium is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
International users
Maitrium is operated from the United States. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
