Three things to know before standup:

1. One pipeline failed — the $8M U of T invoice didn't post to Fusion AR. Root cause traced.

2. Data quality drift on Salesforce contracts — values are 18% above 30-day baseline. Could be legit growth, could be a change in how the AE team is filling in fields. Worth a 60-second look.

3. Reconciliation break between Fusion AR and PNC — 3 invoices have no matching cash receipt yet. May resolve naturally. May not.

Data Quality Drift

Three anomalies detected this week. Job success was 100% — but the data flowing through the integrations changed.

SALESFORCE CONTRACTS · 30-DAY BASELINE

Contract values 18% higher than baseline · sustained for 6 days

INVESTIGATE
30-day avg contract value
$284,400
Last 6 days avg
$335,600 · +18%
Two equally plausible explanations: (a) the U of T system rollout deal class is genuinely lifting average contract size — legit growth. (b) the new AE team in Toronto is bundling multi-year SaaS into the contract value field instead of splitting it across line items — systemic miscoding. Both look identical at the SF event layer. I can't tell which without asking RevOps.
SALESFORCE → FUSION CMK · SCHEMA CHANGE

New field delivery_window appearing in 22% of incoming PO records

SCHEMA DRIFT
Field appearance · last week
0%
This week
22% · 84 of 382 POs
Salesforce admin added a new custom field on the Order object on Monday. The downstream OIC mapping doesn't pick it up — OIC is dropping the value silently. If delivery_window is meant to drive Fusion shipment scheduling, the data is being lost in transit and Operations doesn't know.
SALESFORCE OPPORTUNITIES · CRITICAL FIELD

Null rate on customer_segment jumped 2% → 23% overnight

URGENT
30-day null rate
2%
Yesterday's records
23% · 1 in 4 missing
An overnight Salesforce update changed the field validation from "required" to "optional" without notification. 47 new opportunities created since then have no segment. This breaks revenue rec rules and segment-level reporting. If the close runs Friday with these gaps, Q2 segment splits will be wrong.

Reasoning complete

None of these are job failures — every integration ran and returned 200 OK. Job-level monitoring would not have caught any of these. Only continuous data-quality observation surfaces them.

The customer_segment drop is the most urgent — that's a real reporting break headed for your Friday close. The other two need RevOps and SF Admin context I don't have.

Cross-System Reconciliation

Salesforce closed-won → Fusion AR invoices → PNC payments. Where the chain breaks, money sits.

Three Salesforce orders never made it to Fusion AR. Two Fusion invoices never received cash. $9.2M in receivables is sitting in cracks between systems — none of it would surface at your Friday close because each system thinks it did its job.

The biggest break is the U of T order — same one I flagged on the dashboard. Let me walk you through the failure that started it all.

⚠ Failure Explained

Invoice creation failed because contract_start_date is missing on Salesforce Order SF-O-89423.

What broke
Fusion rejected the AR invoice creation because revenue recognition rules require a contract start date for any order with deferred revenue. Hardware ($2.4M) + 5-year SaaS ($5.6M) cannot be split for proper rev rec without it.
Why it broke
The Salesforce Order moved from Closed-Won to integration without the Contract Term section being completed. The Contract object was auto-created at 16:42:08 UTC — same minute as Closed-Won — strongly suggesting it was created by automation and not manually finalized by the AE (Sarah Chen) before close.
Business impact
$8,012,400 invoice for the U of T 12-campus rollout cannot be issued. This invoice anchors the Q2 AR portfolio supporting your $50M revolving line of credit.
Suggested action
Open Salesforce Order SF-O-89423, complete the Contract Term section, then retry. Safe to retry — Fusion has not created any partial records.

Without Integration Data Monitor
~6 hours
Failure caught at Friday close pre-flight. War room. Three people. Manual reconciliation. The other two AR breaks ($684K + $214K) likely missed entirely until next month's close.
With Integration Data Monitor
4 minutes
Failure caught at the moment of failure. Plain-English explanation. Source-data fix routed to the right human. Three other reconciliation breaks surfaced for parallel resolution. Data quality drift on contracts + segments flagged before they distort the close.
⚡ Posture, not events

Job success is the floor. Data quality is the ceiling.

Integration Data Monitor watches three layers at once — pipeline health, data quality drift, and cross-system reconciliation. It catches what job-level monitoring misses entirely: schema changes, distribution anomalies, null-rate cliffs, and orphan records sitting between your systems of record.

Want to see this with your integrations? Bring one cross-system reconciliation that surprised you last quarter — we'll show you what Inspector would have caught.
